Hi All,

Just wanted to give you a quick reminder that I’m hitting the road tomorrow and will be playing gigs around the country with my band.

My new single ‘Damn Honey’ goes on sale on Friday and I will be performing a live and signing CDs in HMV on Henry St, Dublin at 5pm on Friday and HMV in Drogheda at 12.30pm on Saturday.

The single can be purchased at any HMV around the counrty or downloded from either iTunes or Amazon.

Hey All,

Fancy staring in my next music video for Damn Honey?

We’re shooting a video for Damn Honey next Monday evening and are looking for people to star in it.

It’s based in and around a chip shop and features the following characters:

Girl:
Asian, Early 20s, Quite good looking (would be very good looking if she tried but whats the point)

Owner:
Late 50s to 60s, Small skinny Asian man.

Driver:
Mid to late 20s, overweight, balding.

Lovers:
Late teens to early 20s

customers:
Middle aged, overweight

Kids:
Aged between 9 and 12

Hens:
That’s right, a hen party!

Drunk Lads:
As above, but male!

If you don’t fit any of the above descriptions but want to appear, then give us a shout as we might be able find a role for you.

Day 12 – Album Recording Session

The pressure was on to get ‘Outside looking In’ (guitar, vocal track) recorded in the morning session which we did on a live take, despite my hatred of doing vocals in the morning. We then quickly moved onto bv’s for Ben as he had to catch a bus at 14:45. When we got Ben done, Garry ran him to the bus and we moved onto Peters bv’s after a well earned sambo. It took a while to get Peters bv’s right as the close harmony had to be worked out perfectly before it was put down on track. I suppose it didn’t help the fact that Peter got a fit of the giggles and pissed his ass laughing for a good 15 mins!!

When Peter eventually finished both Garry and peter headed off, while Martin and I started on my vocal for ‘Tired of Trying’. It was probably the most enjoyable track to sing so far, mostly due to the fact that I knew it was Friday night and the end of a hell of a long week for Martin and me.

This week we’re organizing art work and string arrangements and start thinking about artwork.
